Fix For: Scripting HTL Java Compiler 1.1.6-1.4.0
The {{findbugs-maven-plugin}} is unmaintained, but a replacement is available:
{{spotbugs-maven-plugin}}. Since Spotbugs has better support for Java 11 it's
recommended to switch to the newer plugin.
