Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-9326.

Resolution: Fixed
Implemented new parameter "apiVersion" which allows to set the version for
Implementation-Version and Specification-Version and Bundle version headers in
the manifest.
The name generation can already be influenced by using the mapping of the
classifier and the region name
Added missing Implementation- and Specification manifest headers
