This has already been addressed in
[https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-testing-sling-mock-oak/commit/08c5ac3f190383dccf09a568ac40088cbe484de7]
by updating the dependency of sling-mock >= 2.4.0. See SLING-8978
