Resolution: Fixed
Thanks for your contributions [~andysch]. I have reworked the InternalRequest
APIs a bit to make sure an actual Resource is provided to the
ServletInternalRequest.
We have good test coverage and I think the APIs are good enough for a first
release, marking this ticket as fixed.
