BookKeeper needs many configs that are forwarded from the DistributionAgent.
Currently we supply them all in the constructor. We should introduce a value
object for these configs instead.
I plan to put these properties into BookKeeperConfig:
* subAgentName
* subSlingId
* editable
* maxRetries
* packageHandling
