Not that easy to implement as ASF Parent 23 defines a value for this property
already.
Using
[https://www.mojohaus.org/extra-enforcer-rules/requirePropertyDiverges.html]
does not emit really understandable error messages. Therefore we must wait
until it is fixed in ASF Parent.
