It is included in Maven site for derived Maven plugins:
http://maven.apache.org/components/plugins/maven-project-info-reports-plugin/ci-management-mojo.html
and apart from that it is good practice to include all relevant links in the
pom as these come with the bundles (if downloaded via Maven)
