I have created an example which works with pax exam 4.13.3 using Karate to test
from the outside, at https://github.com/bdelacretaz/karate-pax-exam
For Sling we should of course use the predefined Pax Exam Options from
https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-testing-paxexam/
