[~kwin], no, I'm afraid not. :( Github doesn't allow me to create a PR to an
empty repo and also doesn't allow me to create a fork of an empty repo.
Apparently it's needed to commit some initial file, in order to fork and create
PRs. Does that sound familiar? If so, can you please create an initial file in
both repositories, so I can then provide 2 PRs?
