Fix For: OSGi Feature Maven Plugin 1.4.2
In some cases it is useful to analyse the features but continue the build even
if errors are found.
We should provide an option for this:
<failOnAnalyserErrors>false</failOnAnalyserErrors>
and define a system property
failon.analyser.errors
