It was recently reported multiple times that mutable content packages may have
broken dependencies when depending on application packages that have a
qualifier (such as snapshot)
This is due to the way JCRVLT decomposes versions and orders those. The dash in
the separtor for the versionsuffix makes the resulting version to be lower than
the original version - to resolve this the suffix should simply be appended
with a . - this only affects the package version, not the version use for
mavenartifact.
