I wonder how many of us are aware of this fantastic resource by Hossman: http://fucit.org/solr-jenkins-reports/ I suspect most of us committers know of it but very few contributors or anyone else thinking of contributing who is just getting started.
I propose that a link to it be printed at the end of a failing test run, mentioning that some tests are flakey and the historical trend from CI is available there.
