There is a bad regression in Solr 8.11.0, reported on the user-list, causing the Collection -> Files screen of the Admin UI to always fail to display any file. It's caused by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-15678 and I think a quick 8.11.1 release with this and potentially other critical bug fixes is needed. Question is whether we want to wait until 8.11.1 with announcing Solr 8.11 to the public at all?
