Kevin, Tomas, thanks for flagging the precommit failure in SOLR-16831, and 
thanks Tomas for fixing it.    I did see it before I committed SOLR-16831, 
however I thought (somehow) that Healthcheck used System.out.println in some 
sort of “While I am breaking the normal rules, in this one specific case it’s 
okay”, I totally missed the offending line when I looked for 
System.out.println’s….  So chalked it up to something else..
