I don't think we know how to answer that other than to say -- similar to other machines. Which is no special hardware, really. I'm skeptical replacing the machine with a faster one actually solves anything fundamentally.
I suspect that the real underlying problem is flakiness in Solr that triggers in scenarios when Solr is running slowly for whatever reason, which could be doing too much work in parallel (like too many tests in parallel). Maybe we could simply configure that build to use fewer test runners.
