I just looked at the list or proposed names, and it looks like they have all
been dealt with! The confluence page
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SOLR/System+property+naming+structure
has the list, specifically under "Analysis of currently used system property
names".
If there are other renames people would like to propose, please do (and reply
to this email thread). While this is by no means a blocker for 10, if there
are some more variable renames, this would be a nice time to get them in.
Otherwise, Ddoes this get SIP-21 to done? There are still a few camelCase
variable names, I suppose to get to Done Done we should do those as well.

Hi all, with Solr 10 now on the horizon, I'd love to get some of the work in
SIP-21 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17111) done. Specifically
the standardizing our system property names, as described in the document
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SOLR/System+property+naming+structure.
I've created a JIRA: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17864 that
covers migrating a set of properties. I'd love some review on the associated
PR, https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3312.
Once that goes through a review, I'll open new JIRAs for batches of properties
and I think it'll go pretty quickly. The first one is the biggest hurdle! I'm
looking for a +1 ;-)
I do not plan on backporting this, it's Solr 10 Only.
I will add a page to the upgrade notes that covers the migration of the
properties based on the excellent spreadsheet Jan put together!
