Hopefully you managed to get a JIRA account?  That would enable you to ask
questions directly on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17399
which would be more noticed by "Watchers" to that issue, such as Sanjay.  I
commented there that it appears the issue might already be resolved.

which quickly links you over to

I looked there hoping to notice a link to "newdev" tagged JIRA issues but
no.  Here they are:
