Thanks Jason. Wouldn't it be prudent to merge many of the dependency updates the bot has done for 9.1? For examine I see a Jetty one: https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/4026 I've been thinking lately about dependency management, and I think release time is the ideal time to address them. Basically, in bulk at opportune times.
