Hi Anshum, Now that we are going to have an RC4, would you be of if I gave backport PRs for branch_10_0 for the following PRs:
1) https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/4074 (Fix for example in user-managed mode on Windows)? 2) https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/4072 (Fix for Windows build breakage - helpful for running smokeTester) The fixes are small, contained and tested.
