I hadn't paid that much attention to the metrics exposed in 10.0 because I knew there was a lot of work still being done standardizing the metric names (SOLR-18165) but as I poke around the 10.1RCs I'm noticing that there doesn't seem to be any equivilent of the "*_jetty_*" metrics that were available in Solr9?

solr_metrics_jetty_dispatches_total
solr_metrics_jetty_requests_total (method = get, head, post, put, etc...)
solr_metrics_jetty_response_total (status = 1xx, 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx)

These seem fairly important from an audit/security monitoring standpoint to recognize when error counts spike, or a high number of unexpected number of requests, or anomolous HTTP verbs, come in -- particularly since the "solr" level request metrics only report request totals for valid solr paths (either admin or collection specific request handlers) and don't include any details on the HTTP verb used, or wether the request was successful.

Is there some additional system property/env variable (that's off by default?) needed to re-enable the jetty metrics under OTel, or did this just completely slip through the cracks?
