Fair enough, I missed that criterion in the discussion.

I've just received two mails from grisoft.com, the AV people.  Different
mails but with the same Message-ID.  The Message-ID also matches my
"unique download link" for their AV, so I assume their mailing software
will always duplicate message IDs.
