In the beginning we used port 0 but then changed to port 9.  It's right that 
that one is reserved for a "discard" service.  But as the name says is that a 
test service which simply discards all input.  Back then it looked like the 
best choice but now that I think about it, maybe thats not what spamc expects 
to happen... 
 
The problem is that we can't rely on *any* port to be closed -- in the end you 
can bind your services anywhere which will make that test fail.
