Here are the first lines of X-Spam headers from two consecutive spams: X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=27.2 required=4.0 tests=FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD2, X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=10.9 required=5.0 tests=DRUGS_ERECTILE, I haven't set the threshold in my user_prefs, and it is not set site-wide, either, so it should be 5.0. It looks like I am getting someone else's threshold of 4.0 in some emails.
