i have the following problem when reporting spam

Be sure to search the list archives and the wiki for an answer before you post your question. You get an answer faster by finding it already posted than by asking it again, if the answer is already available.
If you have identified a bug in SpamAssassin (which is not in evidence in the message you posted) the appropriate action is to confirm it on the SpamAssassin users mailing list and by searching the SpamAssassin wiki and the Bugzilla database, then report it there.
