I looked at the SURBL whitelist queries and a large number of the top
queries we had added are now much lower in volume, it looks like some
are ephemeral joe-jobs, etc.
Jeff is going to gather > 1 million queries over the next week and I'll
update the list with the top 100 or whatever makes sense performance-wise.
(I'll test speed and keep adding stuff until it's hard to measure.)
