I won't post the full mail, but I only had 1 hit for this rule in my last corpus
run:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Type: text/directory;
x-unix-mode=0666;
name="jim.vcf"
Content-Disposition: attachment;
filename=jim.vcf
Since I only had 1 hit, and looking at the corpus logs in the rsync repo it's
about the same for everyone, I'd like to float the idea of removing this rule
completely.
