Tracker bug for a minor rewrite of the HTML module:
- change HTML.pm to be a subclass of HTML::Parser
- clean-up division of labor between Node.pm and HTML.pm
- clean-up results API for HTML
- change HTML module to potentially allow reduced memory usage in SpamAssassin
- remove unused sections of HTML-related code
- fix minor bugs in HTML module
- allow arbitrary bitmasks to be associated with rendered text
