When using win32 with dns_available not set, if the random dns lookup falls on
akamai.com my machine fails to resolve the name. Using other tools like
netstat are able to resolve this domain. I'm not sure why this name is giving
problems but I think it should be removed.
I verified that DNS tests do work under pure win32 using Net::DNS 0.48 and perl
5.8.2 (Justin asked in bug 3924).
