MSGID_DOLLARS is adding 3.1 points to a valid message, combined with all the
other points, it's pushing a valid email into spam. I'm not using Bayes or AWL
and was told to post a bug from Matt Kettler on the SA mailing list. Apparently
from his explaination, SA is expecting the Message ID to be generated from
Outlook but it couldn't find the correct X-Mailer. I will attach the email.
