testing this idea out on trunk
Brian, do you have results for this test against a corpus? My results
are better only for one or two of the tests I created, the current image
code in trunk already has your idea to always count images toward size
(although it's 200x200). I haven't tried the cid vs. external idea or
the destination location not matching thing.
