reopening. apparently the patch I put in does catch href="" and adds as a
blank to the uri list, but
some mails which don't have a blank uri also get the blank in the uri list. so
it looks like we're calling
the function when we shouldn't, or more specifically the expected behavior is
that blank isn't valid so
the function should catch it, but now it is valid...
I'm looking into it as time permits.
