I am using spamassassin_20041125120626, need a fix to address running SPAMD on
CYGWIN. I have SpamAssassin configured to mark the Subject of SPAM messages.
I am seeing a random selection of messages, that have been identified as SPAM,
where the Subject line is not modified. This is not happening on every SPAM
message, most have the subject modified.
