trust smtp auth implementation -- compliant with RFC 3848 and more
Adds 'with ASMTP' (Authenticated SMTP) used by Earthlink and also spotted in
some Exim 4.34 headers.
Also adds 'with HTTP' for webmail servers.
Any more comments on this patch?
