I've recently made some modifications to previously submitted JAPANESE_UCE
rules. I've witnessed a sort of obfuscation recently and have adjusted the
rules accordingly.
Also, i've noticed that in the case where the sender obfuscates the subject,
they include the non-obfuscated UCE tag in the body.
I originally sent this to the developer mailing list. In case it hasn't already
been posted here or noted i'm cross-posting to bugzilla.
