i'm the author of them, and they were contained in 2.x tree. afaik i signed and
faxed (after some trobules) my CLA on 2->3. I dont know:
1. when they were removed
2. why
3. if they should be put back (i think that should :)
during last year i twice updated them, and they are constanly used at a few
machines.
