yes, we're looking into ways to do this. there are problems:
1. the load of doing this, is higher than the load of *not* doing this, because
for nonspam mails you still need to run all tests.
2. some rule types (like DNSBL lookups) need to be started out of sequence, so
that needs to be taken into effect.
but anyway, investigation is underway, so closing this bug as a dup of the
priority bug which is the basis of what's being worked on.
