Makefile.PL kept insisting that I didn't have Razor installed, though I was sure
I did. I tracked it down, and it turns out that
Mail::SpamAssassin::Util::DependancyInfo refers to Razor::Client::Agent, not
Razor2::Client::Agent. Adding the "2" fixed things.
I haven't checked in the patch, because I'm not familiar with the build system.
It works for me, and I *think* that it's what should be done, but...
