The patch will, with high probability, prevent the bug from generating false
positives, but it does not address the underlying bug in Net::DNS or wherever 
it is.

What do you think of writing a warning message to the log if an answer is found
that begins with something other than 127? Right now we don't know how common
the problem is, as usually nobody would notice the wrong ip address being
returned to a SURBL test's query except when it happens to produce an unusual
false positive. With log entries we could see every time it happens even with no
false positives being generated.
