We will have rules for series of non-vowels in 3.1. However, 7-9 is typically
needed to avoid false positives.
Also, some missed spam is expected, please don't report false positives. We
are MORE than amply aware of false positive trends. However, if you have rules
to submit for testing, please feel free.
