If you are using https (apparently, most people are), you'll need to svn cleanup and svn update manually to get your nightly corpus working again. If you can kick off a run now, that would be great as well.
You might want to switch to the http repository after the cleanup, though: svn switch http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/trunk Daniel
