But t/spf.t in trunk still has the test to not run if root and not linux. Is there any other fix that was implemented? The test is unecessarily being skipped in Win32. I want to change the !IS_LINUX test to !(IS_LINUX || IS_WINDOWS), but the comment seems to imply that the whole test is no longer necessary.
