final? implementation
Implements the following:
-whitelist_from_spf (score -100.000)
-def_whitelist_from_spf (score -7.500)
-spf check env & hdr from match (score -7.500)
-includes Daniel's list, in comment #5, of default spf whitlist entries
-existing def_whitelist_from_rcvd entries that have an SPF record have been
converted to def_whitelist_from_spf
-the existing score (-15.000) for def_whitelist_from_rcvd has been split in
half as noted above and talked about in bug 3493
-existing def_whitelist_from_rcvd entries that have been converted to
def_whitelist_from_spf will no longer be checked if the user doesn't enable the
SPF plugin. I think that is best since I don't think anybody really wants the
task of keeping up with changing received headers, and it's somewhat unfair to
restrict third-parties to what hosts they can send mail from and have to worry
about 'their SpamAssassin scores'.
Unless anyone can think of anything else, I think I'm done.
