Michael and I stared at the World Clock Meeting Planner for a few
minutes to try to figure out the best "core" time for the group of us
(ranging from .nz to .de) and it is:

Sat 00:00 Fri 4 PM Fri 6 PM Sat 1 PM Sat 1 AM

So, that's the "core" 6-hour time period. I plan on being around and
hacking for most of that period.
The bug squash will semi-officially begin 6 hours earlier and
semi-officially end 6 hours later, but if you want to work earlier or
later, or do preparatory work any time beforehand, go for it.
