Nope, those two headers are added by two different pieces of software (first
SquirrelMail and then Postfix). A rule which would check for this would very
surely only work for your setup. Oh, and that "unknown" reported by Postfix
probably either means that the mail server could not resolve a domain name for
the IP (relatively common) or the functionality was completely disabled.
If you really still use version 2.60 you should think about updating btw...
