Looks okay, although we might want the format to be more like body tests
in terms of surrounding the regexp with // or other standard delimiters
rather than just the inside regexp
I'm tempted to say that we should just list any redirector as a rule and
give each 1 point.
All this being said, I'm almost wondering if this *all* shouldn't be moved to
a redirector plugin that runs post URI-parsing and have the URI canonicalization
code call it. Either patch or some merge, I'd like this to get review before
adding this...
