Hi,
I've had good luck catching some phishing spams with this rule:
full HTTP_CLAIMS_HTTPS /<a[^>]{0,90}http:[^>]{0,90}>[^<]{0,90}https:/is
This catches phish that do something like this:
Click here: <a href="http:/1.2.3.4/cgi.bin/scam">https://www.paypal.com</a>
