Under the .CA layout you see things like this: city.CITYNAME.PROVINCE.CA, or business.CITYNAME.PROVINCE.CA. However, you also see things like: business.PROVINCE.CA, but I don't think I've ever seen city.PROVINCE.CA. So... telling the difference between a registerable 'business' domain, and a non-registerable 'CITYNAME' domain would be quite the challenge.
