true -- the config file doesn't demo it, I missed that.  however as far as I can
see, it does work.

1. the mail starts off with a relay in 128.250.6.* -- that's untrusted, with a
"trusted_networks 128.250.20." line, so immediately all further headers are
untrusted.
2. if the config file is modified to be "trusted_networks 128.250.20.
128.250.6.", it works.
3. if the mail is modified to use 128.250.20.196 instead of 128.250.6.196, it
works (at least until it hits the later 128.250.6.* relay).

seems to be working just fine...
