Eric, just to be sure we know what you're reporting, could you find an email
which exhibits this problem, feed it through spamassassin with
> spamassassin -D <sample.in >sample.out 2>debug.out
and attached both sample.out and debug.out to this bug report?
We'd then be able to look at the ToCc:addr activity and know whether it's doing
what it's supposed to, and whether any change is needed to either code or
documentation. Thanks.
