The razor2 tests have been failing for a little while now:

Note: this may not be an SpamAssassin bug, as Razor tests can
fail due to problems with the Razor servers.
It looks like this is due to the fact that init.pre now has the Razor2 plugin
disabled.
Possibly it's as easy as a loadplugin line in the test, but maybe it would be
worthwhile just removing the test.
